Sheron Travers brings over 20 years of experience in Operations, HR Management, Education Management, Compliance, Employee Training, and Development, which helps her excel not only in her position but in being a pillar of guidance, for other department heads. Sheron is responsible for overseeing the function of Operations in guiding Prestige company workflow strategy and organization of all business processes. She oversees the administrative roles in this organization, managing communications channels, supply chain steps, and the overall, production, marketing, and sales tasks to the leadership team while maintaining relationships with business partners, vendors, and distributors. Mrs. Travers’ primary role is to keep a PHRI’s key functions running smoothly by planning and implementing to foster an environment that values diversity, employee development, and professionalism while maintaining a dedicated focus on organizational effectiveness and customer service.
