Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT)
Prestige Healthcare Resources ACT team offers long-term, personalized care for individuals with severe mental illness, aiming to alleviate symptoms and enhance their quality of life. Often these individuals have difficulty engaging with other mental health services. This multidisciplinary treatment approach involves various healthcare professionals working together to deliver comprehensive, efficient care. By collaborating, these providers can holistically address all aspects of a person's healthcare and personal needs.
Our ACT teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will provide treatment based on an individual’s needs. Because our team members bring a range of skills, we can work together to help individuals with addiction issues, employment concerns, and medical needs. Services can be provided anywhere for as long as needed.
